BOLOHO
In the year we created "BOLOHOPE", the whole environment was changing drastically, whether it was around our lives or the world. There is a growing sense of unease and uncertainty. Perhaps the term “HOPE” has been used abusively by the hypocritical and hollow propaganda of the government or institutions. Yet for us, “HOPE” is a collective creation to face the various catastrophic sites of daily life, where we try to glimpse the opportunities to break free from the “kidnap” of various systems and institutions, to describe the desires, dilemmas, and visions that never stop tormenting us.
BOLOHO expects that the collective creative content of different forms and methods in "BOLOHOPE" will be transformed into different collective media and spaces after Documents 15, providing tools and platforms for a sustainable exchange of knowledge, skills, and imagination, as well as offering new possibilities for our friends and us.
