Shipping Policy

Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan	S.F. Express Delivery All orders will be delivered by S.F. Express. Shipping cost will be provided with the Order Confirmation by email. Customers will be responsible for the delivery cost and all tax and import duties that may apply, paid directly to S.F. Express.
The rest of the world	EMS Delivery Shipping cost will be provided with the Order Confirmation by email. Customers will be responsible for tax and import duties that may apply.

Collection at Our Gallery

You can pick up from our address at Hanart TZ Gallery within opening hour.

- Most of our orders are shipped within 2-3 working days of purchase.
- For orders within Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan:
  We use S.F. Express for shipping, usually arrives in 1-3 business days after shipping notification.
  Shipping may take additional time during holidays and extreme weather conditions.
- For international orders:

Shipping via EMS usually arrives in 7-14 business days.

Please note that customised and pre-order products take a longer time to process and deliver.

Exchange Conditions: Exchanges can only be requested if you receive a damaged product.
Replacement Service: If you discover that the product is damaged and requires exchange, please email hanart@hanart.com within 7 days of delivery, and follow the instructions for the replacement process.
General Conditions: Except in the event of product being out of stock or receiving damaged products, all orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.
